William T. Parker
Lead Attorney
Will is a 2017 graduate of the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law where he graduated in the top 5 of his class. Prior to founding the Thomas Parker Law Office, Will spent 4 years as a Clermont County prosecutor trying both felony and misdemeanor cases, many of which were to a jury. Following his time at the prosecutor's office Will spent two years at a firm that focused on Criminal Defense and Family Law. During this time Will zealously represented clients on serious felony matters, misdemeanors including OVI/DUI, and protection orders. Will also served clients fighting for their rights, children, and assets in divorce, juvenile custody, child support, and many more domestic relations matters. Will is an experienced litigator in the areas of criminal defense, domestic relations, and juvenile custody. Will is a Northern Kentucky resident who now practices in both Ohio and Kentucky.
Kevin M. Ernest
Associate Attorney
Kevin is a 2022 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. Prior to law school, Kevin attended the University of Cincinnati where he obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. Kevin has previously worked for Warren County Common Pleas Court. After passing the bar, Kevin worked as a prosecutor for the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office. While in law school, Kevin interned for the Federal Public Defenders Office in Dayton, Ohio where he defended clients on federal charges. Kevin is a resident of Cincinnati and who practices in Ohio.
Kara R. Staggs
Paralegal
Kara is a 2014 graduate of Morehead State University where she earned her Bachelor's degree. She previously served 5 years as a Deputy Circuit Clerk in Kenton County, KY where she processed Felony and Civil Matters. Prior to joining Thomas Parker Law she served as a remote paralegal assisting with Ohio Family Law and Juvenile Custody Matters.
Heather M. Simpson
Assistant Paralegal and Marketing Director
Heather is a Kentucky native who attended Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical Collage in 2014 where she studied Medical Billing and Insurance Coding for 2 years with experience in data collection, data entry, and data research. She is dedicated to fighting for the rights of the accused. At Thomas Parker Law Heather takes on multiple roles acting as a paralegal and spearheading the firm's marketing.
